Hi my name is Jess and I am looking for an active home to call my own. I am a project dog who is looking for an experienced dog person ready to train me!

I will need basic training (including toilet training), all experiences are likely to be new for me, so will need a dedicated owner. I need owners who are prepared to invest in a behaviourist or trainer to assist in my ongoing training if needed.

I am not suited to busy or offlead areas, so will need a large secure backyard with high fences. Plenty of enrichment, such as noseworks, will keep my mind and body healthy and happy.

I may be okay with dog experienced teenagers who are comfortable with boisterous dogs. I am a bit anxious here at the shelter so will need a predictable routine to help me feel safe. I may display some separation issues, such as crying and barking when left alone, so need to be inside with my new family.

I MUST be the only dog in my new home.
