About Rosie
Rosie is a very active young lass with energy to burn!! She will require a home where she will be given plenty of exercise to ensure she avoids getting herself into too much trouble and becoming destructive. Like all young dogs we recommend she attends obedience classes so she grows into a mature young lady.
Having a working dog background Rosie will require a home with Secure high fences to keep her confined and safe. Because Rosie is bouncy and full of energy we do recommend a home without small children as she may accidently knock them over with her excitement.
So if you have a nice secure yard and lots of time to dedicate to Rosie's training, both formal and informal, lots of time for twice daily walks and lots of toys to keep her active then please give the shelter team a call.
Adoption details
Taking on a pet is a long-term commitment. Before adopting it is essential to research what type of animal would best suit your home and lifestyle.
All animals waiting for a new home can be found on the shelter website, or by visiting the shelter in person. All animals available for adoption are ready to be adopted straight away.

In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Campaspe Animal Shelter is making some operational changes, in place from Friday, 27 March.
Our team of staff and volunteers will continue to care for all animals at the shelter. Access to our services will now be by appointment only:
- Adoptions
Monday to Friday we will have two sessions a day available
10am – 12pm and 2pm – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday
10am – 12pm
- All other services such as, surrenders, stray animals, reclaims and microchipping
o Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm
o Friday 10am – 4.45pm
o Saturday 9am – 1pm
o Sunday and public holidays 10am – 12.30pm
