Max

Max is a sweet, gentle boy who can be worried by new things and in new environments. He is best suited to a calm, quiet household with a family who will help him and give him time to settle in. Max likes calm older children who will be respectful of his space. He may take him time to settle into his new home so take things slowly and provide a mat or crate for him as his safe space where he can go if feeling overwhelmed. Take daily walks around his new yard first before slowly introducing him to walks around the neighbourhood. Max can be a little unsure with close handling so again take things slowly and make all interactions fun and positive. Treats may help!! Once settled, continue his training.
