Bruce

Introducing BRUCE, an active and very sweet-natured pup with the soulful eyes of his mum and the gorgeous blue coat and single eye patch of his dad. Bruce was born on 10 February 2022.

His mother, Luna, is an elegant, affectionate and not-so-big Great Dane/Mastiff with a gentle and affectionate temperament. Check out the photo of Luna, which forms part of this profile.

And if you didn't guess, Bruce's dad is blue cattle dog through and through.

This breed mix is known for its loyal, affectionate personality. They make good family dogs, especially for families with older, active children. They love to play and enjoy quality time with their family members.

To be happy and content, Bruce will need an abundance of love and attention, along with daily exercise and plenty of mental stimulation, especially in his early years.

Bruce's adoption fee is $750. He is microchipped and has had his first vaccination. At the point of adopton, he will be desexed.

Preference will be given to a home where someone is around most of the time and Bruce will get the training, socialisation and care he needs to reach his full potential. Prior experience with large breeds will be well regarded. He is not suited to full-time workers or small children. As always, secure fencing is essential.

Bruce is available for interstate adoption.

And, finally, if you're wondering why some of the photos show the pup being "wiped down", one of his brothers experienced travel sickness on their long car trip into care. A yicky business!
