About Zeus
Zeus is a lovely 3 yr old black and tan kelpie cross border collie. Due to an unfortunate work accident he had one of his back legs amputated when coming into care. Don’t let this fool you though, 3 legs certainly doesn’t slow him down!
Whilst in foster care he has been working on building strength in his remaining back leg and putting on some much needed weight. He has come a long way in a short amount of time and is now ready for the next chapter in his life. He has lots of love to give and wants to be part of everything that is going on in the home.
He is a very active man and will need a home that has experience with working breeds and the mental and physical stimulation required to ensure he thrives. Zeus is working on his basic manners and loves his training session. He will need a home that will be committed to his on going training.
Zeus is looking for a home with plenty to do each day, and owners committed to giving him the mental and physical stimulation this smart boy needs. He will need secure fencing, no cats and is not suited to living in a home with children under 12 years due to his high energy levels.
Let us know if you have the time and space in a wonderful home that Zeus deserves!
Zeus is located in NSW...
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
