About Ling Ling & Baby
Are you wanting a pair of furbabies that will put a smile on your face with their antics and joy for life?
Introducing us - two cheeky happy loving girls are looking for their furever home together - they are bonded and will only be adopted together.
Ling Ling is 6 years and 7 months old and Baby is 4 years and 11 months old and to reiterate we are a bonded pair of Pugs
So our foster mum said we had to put down our list of demands, I mean requirements that we would like in our forever home.. Okay here it goes
1. We love our humans so ideally someone who works from home, home a lot, retired etc…. you get the picture we are lap dogs!
2. We love being social – we love going for a walk (obviously cause of our breed we have to pick good temperature times to go) but nothing is more fun than putting our harnesses on and off we go saying hello to the neighbors or anyone who walks and sees us – we are such happy girls we easily put a smile on people’s faces we meet.
3. We love being able to access inside and outside at our leisure – doggy doors work well – or if you are happy to be our door person each time that can work too!
4. We like other dogs but can be a bit food reactive if someone tries to eat our meals
5. We also need our humans to understand that if we get a butt scratch we will do anything you ask us to do – that is our kryptonite!
6. We love kids who are happy to sit with us and watch some Netflix or we will even volunteer to help them with their homework – I mean we would be so helpful!
7. Your home must have a couch that I (Ling Ling) can sit up on top of and supervise things
8. We would love a home where we can either sleep on the bed with one of our humans, or on the couch or one soft dog beds – we take our sleep comfort very seriously
9. Our foster mum also says we are a integral part of the neighborhood watch (I am the president and Baby is the secretary)
Mum says we are both so full of love and we get compliments from EVERYONE who meets us - I mean how you could not - we are beautiful and very well behaved.
If you are looking for some laughs and love and can offer a happy loving home then come on send us an application – we will be waiting
** Please note applications will close Tuesday 26th April 2022 at 5.30pm

Adoption details
Paw Prints Canine Rescue is a non for profit dog rescue located in Southeast Queensland.
All our dogs leave our care with full vet work (up-to-date vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart worm and intestinal wormed and flea treated).
Please note - They will not leave for their new homes until they are 12 weeks of age and have been desexed, micro-chipped and vaccinated up to date.
Please note - we are not a pound or have kennels - all our dogs stay in foster carers homes and therefore dogs are not able to be simply viewed - only approved applicants will meet the dogs.
Please Note: We do not hold any animals so please only apply if you are ready to adopt now
Please note - We don't take calls on adoption enquiries - an application must be completed
We can also be found at https://www.facebook.com/pawprintscanine/
Complete the following adoption enquiry link

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $100) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption
AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD
After the 10 day trial period is completed Paw Prints Canine will send out all relevant paperwork for your new furbaby via email including the transfer of microchip form.
