Sylvie

Sylvie and her siblings were born on 30th January on a very hot day, to their little Koolie mum (a failed working dog) who was surrendered by a Drover 2 weeks before they were born.
We haven’t met the Koolie dad but apparently he was a sweet natured, colourful boy who wasn’t very successful at herding cattle and preferred the companion life.
Mum and babies shared our home with 6 small dogs and 3 cats until it was no longer practical and we moved them to our spacious indoor kennels.
Sylvie, like her mum Ash, has a most beautiful friendly and placid nature. She has been handled daily since birth by my husband and I and our grandchildren and others when they visit. She’s not overactive, rather she’s a calm, loving puppy, almost on the lazy side! If you not into cuddling, she might not be for you!
She is well socialised daily with all kinds of dogs, both larger ones and small fluffies. This socialisation ensures she’s learning to respect the space of others.
Koolies are a similar size and nature to Kelpies, however we see more as much loved family pets than working dogs in our area.
Sylvie has had two vaccinations, is microchipped and was recently desexed.
Like all puppies Sylvie will need ongoing guidance and puppy training if possible.

Sylvie is in care with us at Moree, NSW, about a 7 hour drive from Sydney. Commercial road transport may be an option. Otherwise why not make a weekend of it and do a road trip to Moree and visit our famous artesian spa baths!
The total cost for Sylvie to fly to Melbourne, via Sydney in a hire crate would be $772. If her destination was Sydney, total cost would be $635.
