About Millie - 1 Year Old Staffy X (Adopted)
Sweet Millie is a 1yr old American Staffy X and is looking for her fur-ever home.
Millie has a beautiful, affectionate, and loyal personality, who loves to be around people. Millie is full of energy but also enjoys cuddling up to her humans for some love and attention. Her loyal and loveable nature will steal your heart on first meet.
Since coming into our care, Millie has had a beautiful litter of 11 puppies where she showed us just how caring and special she is by being an incredible Mumma. Now, it’s time for Millie to enjoy life as a puppy herself.
Millie is a smart girl and responds well to training, specially when there are treats involved. Millie hasn’t had much experience on the lead but now she is super excited to explore the outside world with her new owner.
Millie is excited to meet new people and jumps up to greet them, her foster family is working on this, and she is doing great with the training, this will need to be continued in her new home. Millie is toilet trained and sleeps inside on her bed. She rarely barks and isn’t known to be a chewer.
Millie is looking for a family who will include her and welcome her into their homes when they are home and understand the importance of exercise and mental stimulation. Millie is great with kids however, as she gets excited and likes a friendly jump, children over 8 would be suited for her.
Millie is friendly with other dogs and would be suited to a home with other dogs, as she spent the first 10 months of her life with her male sibling. Millie is not fazed by other animals that she has seen through the fence which has included chickens and other dogs. She has been tested with cats, and will not be able to go to a home with them.
Millie will need a home with 6ft fencing and unfortunately rural fencing will not be suitable.
For more information on Millie, please contact her foster carer on their email

* When applying for our dogs and puppies, please ensure to
list the name of the dog you wish to adopt. Please do NOT just list the
reference number or the microchip number as this will delay your application
reaching the correct foster carer.
* Dog Rescue Newcastle provide individual listings with specific requirements for each foster dog. If you submit an application or inquiry and NOT receive a response within 5 business days, please understand that you have not met the specific requirements for this dog. Please do not be disheartened or discouraged, this simply means you were not a suitable match at this time.
