About Rocky
Meet Rocky,
This handsome man has a heart of pure gold, and will weasel his way into your heart with ease.
Rocky is an affectionate and sensitive gentleman. This beautiful boy has come in leaps and bounds in foster care, making his foster mama so incredibly proud of his ability to trust in her. Rocky has blossomed into a food fanatic and just gets so unbelievably excited at meal times; it’s adorable. He adores head and chin scratches, so much he gives a gentle little love nip on your hand every now and then. Rocky had an incredibly hard few years on the street so is still very unsure of new noises and people, which is understandable. Once he is comfortable he is the biggest smooch and just can’t sit still he is so excited to be around people.
Rocky is a quiet, loving and tender soul who would love his own forever home. He will need a quiet and calm home where he is the only pet; he doesn’t want to share the love at all. Rocky would be happy to just lounge around all day on the couch with his new family, he isn’t a lap cat but loves to be close by for some pats and head rubs. He just needs a family with some patience and love to give him to allow him to continue flourishing.

Medical notes
Rocky is FIV+. Don’t let this scare you away. It isn't contagious to humans whatsoever and doesn't affect him day by day.
FIV stands for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. It weakens their immune system making them more prone to illness. There is no cure for the virus, but a huge amount of FIV+ cats live long, healthy and happy lives with no further health issues.
Rocky has been healthy as a horse in foster care since being vaccinated, and to continue that he would need to be inside only to minimise his exposure to any illnesses. He will need regular vet check ups to ensure his health is consistently stable.
