About Perkins
I am trying a new home to see if i like it. Perkins (or perky) is a quiet dog who looks at you with those big eyes that will melt your heart. Perkins will be a stunning boy when his hair grows back. As it was severely matted it had to be clipped off, but his coat is greyish, brown and high maintenance so will need regular grooming to look it's best. It is very unusual and attractive so perkins will be sure to get lots of admiring glances as he struts past his admirers at the dog park. When perkins first arrived in foster care he seemed rather a shy dog but has a quiet way of getting exactly what he wants from the other dog and his foster carer! perkins is in foster care with pinkerton and is older and wiser so always gets the dog bed, the sheepskin or the lap first, and lets pinkerton wait! perkins then drops into a deep sleep until the next interesting event. Both pinky and perky enjoy a rumble round the yard, chasing and playing together and will follow their foster carer around the house in case there may be some food on offer. Perkins is a house dog who doesn't chew, dig or bark, loves his food, is house trained and sleeps quietly on his dog bed all night. Neither pinky or perky are big fans of the resident cat so need to be in a cat free household. Perkins would however like a home with another small dog to play with, where he will get regular walks, and lots of love and attention. Perkins comes desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, wormed, on heartworm prevention and with nsw local council lifetime registration for $350 and is not available for adoption outside nsw. He has also had a recent dental (teeth cleaned under anaesthetic). If you would like more information on perkins or to arrange to meet him, please phone 0466 690916 (between 8am and 7pm only) or email using adoption enquiry as your subject heading. Before phoning or emailing, please check denise's rescued dogs in foster care on www. Paws. Com. Au for any updated photos and to make sure this dog is still available for adoption.
