NAME: Reamus

BEFORE SAFE ESPERANCE: Came to SAFE Esperance with his mum and siblings.

ASSETS: Very shy when meeting new people but once he knows you, he is a gentle smooch! He adores a good back scratch and will hesitantly slink his way over to you, shy but looking for affection, but when he gets pats, he will purr and wriggle and flomp on over. He simply wants love, affection and company but will need an owner who is willing to put the time in to let him get comfortable and come out of his shell.

FAVOURITE THINGS: He loves to receive back scratches. He also loves a good soft cushion in a sunny window. He has playful moments too and likes most toys.

OTHER ANIMALS: Reamus lives in a foster home with other cats and dogs. He is very curious about meeting new cats and doesn't seem fazed by the dogs, so he could live in a home with other friendly animals after gentle, supervised introductions.

OTHER INFO: Reamus is litter trained and very clean. He is flea-treated wormed, microchipped and desexed.

IDEAL HOME: Reamus would be great in a quiet home where he's given the time to settle in and feel secure. He will go well with people who will shower him with love while treating him very gently and letting him get to know his new family at his own pace. He will need to be kept as an indoor only cat or have access to a large, secure outside run.
