About Holly
Hello! My name is Holly and I’m a 3 year old female kelpie with a loving, sweet and affectionate nature who loves spending time with my family. My foster mums thinks I am an absolute snuggle bug because I am happiest cuddled up to my loved ones whenever possible!
I am a typical kelpie and therefore do have some energy to burn, however I also have a fantastic off switch and am happy to chill-out once I have had my morning exercise.
My foster Mum has told me I have lovely manners and I am always eager to please. Whilst in foster care I have learnt to sit, drop, stay and I happily sleep in my crate overnight (especially love to be tucked in with my blanket.) I have learnt to respect boundaries within the home and I am fully house trained. My foster Mum also says I have the best recall she has ever seen! I love being with my family so I am never too far away.
I am friendly with all dogs big and small. I am also friendly with children of all ages however my foster Mum thinks I would be best suited to a home with children over 5 years old.
When I first came to stay with my foster family I did have a habit of barking in the car, not because I was scared but because I am excited! However with patience and persistence I have improved greatly whilst I have been in care, and I am hoping to go to a family who can continue to work on this with me.
I have been living in suburbia happily and would be okay living in any home that has secure fencing and space for me to do my morning zoomies!
My foster Mum feels I would be best suited to a family who are home more often then not, who are happy to include me in their day to day activities and dedicated to my ongoing training. I would prefer a home with another dog who is up for a play and willing to share their family’s love and attention.
If you are looking for a happy-go-lucky, snuggle buddy then apply today!

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
