About Grace
Beautiful Grace has returned to us through no fault of her own and is still in search of her future family!
Unfortunately, while on her adventures in the big wide world, Grace has torn her cruciate ligament and has had surgery to repair it. We are hoping that Grace’s new family will be willing to take her home so that she can recover from her surgery in the comfort of a home environment rather than a shelter.
Her recovery is expected to take a number of weeks while her movement will need to be restricted, with gradual reintroduction to gentle exercise.
She has been in a temporary foster situation with one of our staff members where she was very well-behaved and happy to laze around and be in the company of people, despite being desperate to be able to run and play again.
She is a sweet and bubbly girl who finds joy in being around her people and likes to think of herself as a lap dog, often settling in for a cuddle. Grace needs to be the only dog in the house while she is recovering. Grace is not suitable to live with cats.
If you think you could be the one to provide Grace with both a loving home and the care she currently needs, please give us a call on 9722 1265 to speak to one of our staff.
Medical notes
Recently had TPLO surgery.
