NAME: Aspen

BEFORE SAFE ESPERANCE: Came to SAFE Esperance with mum and siblings from the pound.

ASSETS: He’s affectionate on his own terms and extremely playful with the other cats on his foster home. He’s not a fan of being picked up but likes to be stroked when he’s lying near you.

FAVOURITE THINGS: Aspen loves to play with pretty much anything he can find lying around on the floor, but boxes and balls are particular favorites of his at the moment.

OTHER ANIMALS: Aspen loves the company of other cats so would love another friendly and playful cat to share his new home with. He hasn’t been introduced to dogs but could live with a friendly one after gentle, supervised introductions.

OTHER INFO: Aspen is litter trained and very clean. He is flea-treated wormed, microchipped and desexed.

IDEAL HOME: Aspen would be great in most homes once he’s settled in and feels secure. He will go well with people who will shower him with love while treating him gently and letting him get to know his new family at his own pace. He would suit a home with older, gentle, cat-savvy children and will need to be kept as an indoor only cat or have access to a large, secure outside run.
