Jillian is a true love bug, she is a gentle soul that takes her time with new things so her family need to be patient and help her learn how amazing the world can be.
She is very well mannered and great on lead, her daily walks are thoroughly enjoyed. Her carer describes her as clever, friendly, loving, caring and has such a sweet nature. New things can make her feel timid and scared, but with reassurance she learns quickly.

Jillian would love a family where people are home a lot as she will happily follow them around and please them in any way she knows how. She is good with other dogs and cats, very much enjoying her foster brothers and sisters company. Jillian is polite with other dogs but does like her space when meeting someone new, boisterous 'in your face' types aren't her thing. As she can be a bit boisterous herself when meeting people, it is best any children are older and dog savvy who can handle her love.

Like almost all dogs Jillian may bark if she hears an unfamiliar noise, but can safely be left during work hours as she has not shown any destructive behaviours. In saying that she is happiest when with her people so is seeking a family who can include her in their day to day.

Jillian is the perfect mix of playful and couch potato and is looking for a similar home dynamic.
