About Mintie
Hi! I’m Mintie. I’m a 13-week-old kelpie cross breed. I’m one of a litter known as “The
Spice pups.”
** I'm searching for an active home with a doggie sibling, that will ensure I have lots of
socialisation with friendly dogs to help me grow up to be a happy and confident dog.
* Please do not apply if you are a full time worker, and the pup would be left alone during the
working week, for hours on end.
** Experience with basic training, and working dog experience, is desired, as we are
extremely active, and fast learners.
💥 To apply for Mintie, please scroll down to the adoptions details box and follow the
prompts.
I'm a sweet and happy soul with energy to burn, but am easily settled. I'll need an active home with space for me to run. I'm currently in care with other dogs & pups of various ages. I've met foster mums chooks and help her feed them sometimes, although I like to try to herd them on occasion. I live with 3 cats and although I find them fascinating, I know to watch them from a safe distance.
I love to play with my crinkle ball, soft toys and I enjoy a good game of chasey and wrestle with the other dogs in foster care.
I sleep inside in my crate. Foster mum & dad don’t hear a peep out of me until the morning. I am learning to go outside and use the lawn. I enjoy being inside and getting cuddles. I really must have a home where I could come inside and be part of the family. I can sit and am now working on my manners here in care.
If you are considering me, you will need to commit to puppy pre-school, ongoing obedience training and socialisation with known friendly canines to help me grow up to be the best girl I can be.
If you think you can commit to the above for the next 12 or more years, then what are you waiting for? Foster mum would love to hear from you.
Love & licks,
Mintie xx
