Hi there,

My name is Missy and I am on the hunt for my furever home!

I have a few special things that I would love for my home to have to make sure it is the best suited home possible to me.

I am best suited to a household with no other dogs as I much prefer the company of my humans than other fur siblings. This also means I will not be a dog that would enjoy going to dog parks or beaches or walk in any areas that there are lots of dogs around. I would prefer to walk on a quiet street where I can feel relaxed and not have to worry about seeing other dogs.

I would be best suited to someone who is home more often that not. I much prefer the company of someone than being left alone as sometimes I can get a little vocal. If someone was willing to work with me on learning to spend more time by myself slowly then that would help me a lot.

I would love to have access to both indoors/outdoors where I can come and go as I please. I would love to be able to follow you around the house to check out what you are doing. I would benefit from having a safe space in both areas that I can go too if I need some time to myself.

I would be best suited to a mature household with no kids under 6. I am not too phased by them and getting older so would prefer someone who is able to identify when I am after pats and when I would just like to sleep.

I may be an older gal but I have a lot of life and love to give, If I sound like the doggo for you the come down and speak to the friendly staff at our Sydney Shelter.
