Requirements:
📌 An active home committed to daily walks and playtime
📌 An inclusive home that has someone around most of the time or take Belanna with them
📌 She wants someone that will be kind to her but keep her in check and continue with her training as she is happier when she has boundaries.
📌 Happy to have cat friends, but still a bit nervous for dog friends.

Belanna is a large dog with lots of energy to burn, she loves long walks (walks well on halter but pulls on lead only) and playing fetch. She will need a yard that can cope with zoomies, but is happy to cuddle up on the couch with you.

She is house trained and will let you know when she needs to go outside.

She loves car trips and settles down to sleep for long trips, she enjoys new places and getting out.

Belanna is food orientated and is very gentle when taking treats from your hand.

Belanna is nervous around other dogs and can be reactive if they bark, she is getting better and has had a small meet and greets with friends dogs but on lead only. With time and patience I'm sure she will be happy to have another dog in her life.
At present she lives with two cats and has a yard with wild birds flying in and out and she is not bothered by any of it.

Belanna came to us as a jumper and a barker at the fence, however we have trained most of that out of her now and she only tends to bark if someone comes to the gate and very rarely jumps up on people now without invite to do so.

She is a very clever girl and learns fast, she will need ongoing training as she is a head strong girl.

Teenagers with a respect for dogs and a love of playing would be ideal for her, she has not been with younger children but her eagerness and speed could be an issue with knocking them over.
