About Penny
Meet Penny. She is a very special 6 year old Border Collie mix looking for a special home.
Penny is currently living on the Northside of Brisbane with a family, their dogs and a small flock of penned chooks. She is funny, quirky and playful and loves to spend time hanging out with her humans or quietly snoozing.
After spending time growing up on a farm, Penny has damage to her eyes with no sight in one, and limited sight in the other. This does not stop her from chasing and playing with the resident dogs but does make the big wide world quite a scary place.
This gorgeous girl is looking for her forever home as a companion dog where she can enjoy family life in a safe environment. If you have a decent sized garden, a small Penny shaped hole in your life and feel that you are able to offer her a safe and secure place to live, apply now.
*Penny is located in QLD...
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
