Hey hey, it's Shevi! I already know what you're thinking - how could an intelligent, beautiful girl like me end up in a shelter? Through no fault of my own I am here looking for my next home, and I think you have the perfect one for me :). I am a sweet girl, who very much enjoys human affection once I am comfortable. I may be 10 but I sure have a lot of love left in my tank to give! I may take some time to settle in, and will need you to be gentle with handling with me while I get comfortable in your care. I am your typical border collie, I absolutely love food! Because I am so food motivated I will need to be fed in some kind of enrichment to make me work for it! Some good ideas would be a slow feeding bowl, a kong, a snufflemat or a wobbler, I love to keep my mind busy and entertained when eating!
I quite like playing with toys too, so much so that I can get a lil fixated on playing fetch, so will need to be managed with play. My future home could be with dog savvy kids, and also could be with another calm, mature MALE dog. My future home could also be with full time workers, as long as I am left with plenty of fun things to do and keep me active! If you have a kind home for a girl like me, come on down today! Shevi x
