Toby & Sheldon

Hi there,

My name is Sheldon (I’m the handsome fluffy boy) and I am here at the shelter with my brother from another mother ‘Toby’.  We met a little over 20 months ago in the shelter and became absolutely inseparable.

Although a little shy initially, Toby is a lot more free spirited than I am. He really loves the company of gentle human friends and will try any chance he can to snuggle up as close as possible to you on the couch. He will sneak up onto your bed at night and becomes an excellent foot warmer- perfect for these cold nights ahead!

I am still learning to adjust to all the changes I have been through over this past year. I will need a person/family that will give me lots of time to settle in and help me out of my shell. Big changes are scary for me but I pinky promise I am worth the wait. I don’t have a mean whisker on my body, just lots of love to radiate from afar.

Some things I really enjoy passing time are, playing with Toby, running up and down a tall scratching post, sitting by the window on a comfy bed and something we both absolutely love is a secure outdoor space where we can laze about in the fresh air. 

We are both needing a quiet patient home with no young children, we could live with other cat companions, however best we don't go to a home with a dog.

Toby has previously had a painful urinary issue and is now on a special diet to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If you would like to know more about us or have any questions, please contact our Adoption Centre.
