Please meet Miss DIAMOND, a sweet-natured and graceful Pharaoh Hound mix born in August 2014.

For those not familiar with Pharaoh Hounds, they are not a common breed and are regarded as intelligent, friendly, affectionate and alert. A medium-sized dog, Diamond has the elegant head and sensational ears of the Pharaoh Hound, but the black and speckly coat colour of her cross breed, which we suspect is cattle dog.

Loyal, affectionate and well-behaved, this lovely girl has been an outstanding companion to her elderly owner, but now finds herself needing a new home due to her owner's declining health.

She's house-trained and is very much an inside/outside dog. She greatly enjoys the company of her special humans and is accustomed to being an only dog. Untested with cats, she has had limited experience with children.

Her adoption fee is $450 and she is desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.

Preference will be given to quiet homes where someone is around most of the time. She is not suited to full-time workers and, as always, secure fencing is essential.
