About Crystal
Sweet, adorable Crystal, depending on her mood can either be extremely energetic or a massive couch potato who just wants to sit and be mesmerised by the xbox all day. Like a typical teenager Crystal will ignore you if she is watching the xbox/TV. Crystal is also a massive snuggle bug and will come to you for lots of cuddles and demand belly rubs. Crystal has worked out how to open the inside sliding doors and has taught the other dogs. Crystal is happy to also lay at your feet if you are working from home or follow you around the house. Crystal is a really sweet little puppy who will just melt your heart.
Crystal was born in in the rescue on a warm summer's night to her Mummy Lady Indiana who arrived into the rescue pregnant
Lady Indianna is a Labrador x Mastiff and we are unsure of her Daddy
Crystal currently weighs in at 8.5 kilos so she is one very chunky baby grl and we expect her to grow into a larger size at full growth
She has had 2 sets of puppy vaccines and we have wormed her every 2 weeks since birth
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND JUNK FOLDERS FOR YOUR APPLICATION ONCE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR ENQUIRY
Crystal comes with one of our adoption packs including Harness.Lead and Seat Belt Safety attachment
Food
Crystal is currently being fed three meals a day consisting of premium puppy dry food and the occasional boiled chicken breast at night. In the mornings after rushing outside to go to the toilet she will head straight for her dog bowl and wait to be fed. Crystal loves her food but does not eat fast. Crystal has no signs of food aggression. For training we use boiled chicken cut into small pieces.
Sleeping
Crystal has been sleeping in my son's room and on the rare occasion in a dog bed with other dogs. Around 9pm most nights she will demand to go to my son's room where she will either curl up on her dog bed on the floor or on his bed (Secretly, I think it's because she wants to watch him play xbox). Crystal wakes up around 7am most mornings and will demand to go outside straight away. During the day Crystal will either fall asleep outside in the sun or on one of the many dog beds inside the house.
Toileting/training/walking
Crystal has been doing extremely well with her toileting training and will most of the time go outside and if she can't get outside she will use a training pad inside the house. In new surroundings it will be important to continue Crystal's toilet training by encouraging her to go outside when she wakes up from a sleep/nap and to give positive praise when she goes outside.
Crystal has learnt to sit , stay and lay down on command and will take food gently from your hand. Crystal will come when you call her name. Crystal has started lead training and has been on small walks. Crystal is not bothered by the lead at all and is happy to go on walks. Due to being a puppy Crystal will need daily short walks until old enough to go for longer daily walks. Crystal will need to attend puppy school to further her training and for socialisation.
Exercise/ toys
Depending on her mood Crystal can either spend the day playing zoomies or sitting on the couch just wanting to watch xbox. She loves squeaky toys and kongs. Crystal's favourite toy has been an empty water bottle. Crystal loves to explore the garden and occasionally will bring a stick inside. Crystal will play tug of war with the other dogs and bark at them for attention when she wants to wrestle. Crystal also has a love for water and will splash in her water bowl or swim in her shell pool.
Children
Crystal is a very gentle girl and has no mouthy behaviour. Crystal loves children and attention. Crystal is currently living in a home with teenage children but has also been around younger children.
Dogs/cats
Crystal is currently living in a house with 7 other dogs and loves every single one of them. If you have a dog in residence they must be male medium/large and dog social.
Crystal is a puppy so we see no issues adopting her to a home with a cat, however your cat must be dog savvy.
Bathing
Crystal loves having a bath and loves water in general.
Adoption Requirements for Crystal

An understanding that puppies take time to settle in and all things puppy including crying, chewing and training is a must!
