About Princess Tiana
Cheeky Princess Tiana's confidence and independence is growing each day. Tiana has the sweetest face and the cutest puppy eyes that will melt your heart. Tiana will sit on your knee for cuddles and belly rubs and run to meet you at the door when you get home. Tiana can be very Whippet sensitive lol when meeting new dogs and give a little squeal and does show a little fear of aggression if over helmed by too many however this has improved immensely. It will be extremely important that Tiana attend puppy school for socialisation to help with this. Tiana has the softest coat and loves having a bath.
Princess Tiana is 12 weeks old and weighs in at 9 kilos so although not a solid girl this little supermodel will probably be a larger med size girl in height due to her supermodel long legs
Princess Tiana is a mix of higher energy but super intelligent breeds
Daddy a Border Collie and Mummy a German Shorthaired Pointer x Whippet
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND JUNK FOLDERS FOR YOUR APPLICATION ONCE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR ENQUIRY

Food
Tiana is currently being fed savourlife premium puppy dry food (chicken). Tiana shows no signs of food aggression and will eat from her own bowl while eating next to her siblings. Tiana has learnt to sit and wait patiently for her food. For training/treats I used boiled chicken cut into small pieces.
Sleeping
Tiana sleeps mainly on a dog bed with one of her siblings but on occasion she will sleep on the end of my bed. During the day she loves to lay in the sun or by the back door. If the other dogs are playing loudly she will often take herself off to a quiet spot to sleep.
Walking/training/toileting
Tiana has started walking on a lead and doing well, while on walks Tiana has met a couple of dogs and wanted to play with them, however Tiana will need further training with her walks and must be taken on daily walks to help further her confidence while on walks. Due to her age short daily walks are a must, but as she grows older she will require long daily walks and not just around the block.
Tiana will sit and we are currently working on stay. She has fantastic recall and understands no. She will sit always when being offered food and take food gently. Tiana will need to attend puppy school/training to help further her skills and also for socialisation which will help further her confidence.
Tiana is nearly fully toilet trained, she will just require further help with this in a new home. I would expect her to have a few accidents in a new home until she is comfortable with her new surroundings. Taking Tiana outside as soon as she wakes from a sleep or nap will help with her toileting and lots of positive praise.
Exercise/toys
Kongs and puzzle mats are great to help keep Tiana entertained when you want her to have some quiet time. Otherwise she loves to play and run. Zoomies and wrestling are her favourite games to play with the other dogs in the house, or as we like to call it, her run and surprise game. Which is Tiana running from outside and leaping on you out of nowhere. Tiana loves playing with all different dog toys and exploring the backyard. Tiana also loves water and will chase the water while you water the garden. Tiana loves the sound of her voice and will bark at the other dogs to wake them up for a play or bark at you when she wants some attention normally with a tennis ball not far away.
Dogs/Cats
Tiana is currently living with many dogs of all different ages and different breeds, she has also been tested around many other dogs. Depending on the dog Tiana can be very playful, or do her own thing. A home with a male dog medium/large dog would be preferred for Tiana, but homes with no dogs will also be considered.
Tiana has been tested with cats
Children
Tiana has not been around young children, only teenagers. Tiana loved the attention of teenagers. We will be seeking a home with teenage children with dog experience.
Car
Tiana has only just started to enjoy car trips so we would love to adopt her to someone who would take her on frequent car trips to help build her confidence while out in the car.
