About Sooty
Introducing sweet, lovable Sooty, a bundle of joy and a curious young lad who loves to follow you around for pats and cuddles (even in the bathroom!). He has lots of character and is eternally curious.
Sooty is very playful and quite the social gent who enjoys kneading his blanket for a nap in his own space during the day. He loves to have a bit of rough play with his toys, and regular interactive play will tucker him out. He’ll make you laugh, running up and down through his tunnel.
Sooty loves to splash in his water bowl sometimes, just for fun. This lovable lad is fully house trained. He can be very affectionate and seek you out for a pat and cuddle.
The last few months, Sooty has been living with another feline friend and they get along well. He'd enjoy the company of another kitty to join him in his adventures. He’s only lived indoors but would benefit from playing outdoors. The more space, the better! He enjoys playing in the morning and at night; however, he may need less interactive play if he could explore the outdoors.
Ideally, this young man will go to an adult family as he may be too boisterous on the youngsters. However, in the right environment with more space and activities, Sooty would be an excellent companion to all types of households!
Note: Sooty is located in West End, QLD

Sooty is fit as a fiddle! He is in the process of learning to channel his energy into appropriate outlets, through regular interactive play.
Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
