Introducing Midnight, a very sweet boy. This young boy just wants to play and have cuddles all day.
Midnight plays zoomies with his similar-sized doggie housemate, shares toys and even gives his bone back with encouragement. His housemate is bossy and guards her space on the couch. Midnight retreats and shows no malice to her.
His favourite part of the day is to go out for a walk or car ride. He is very social but would develop his lead skills with patience. He is so excited that he pulls ahead and requires a firm arm to get him to heel.
Midnight is learning sit and stay, and he really wants to please and be his best self. He gives his foster family the best “welcome home” and can’t stop the body wriggles for a few minutes.
He hasn’t caused any damage when home alone but he would love to be a tag-a-long whenever possible. This pup would make the best companion for anyone traveling or caravanning as he just loves the car and going on adventures. He sits so quietly in his harness or falls asleep.
Midnight has enjoyed a short walks. He loves meeting everyone. He is a good jumper with short legs. He would need to learn not to jump up to kids, so is best suited to older kids.
Midnight sleeps in his own bed close by his foster parents at night. He would love to snuggle up with his new family at night if allowed.
His new home would need a good high fence with no gaps beneath. Once he is settled he won’t leave your side, especially if he gets his favourite chicken dinners.
Midnight would love being part of a family with children or the centre of attention without kids. He loves a snuggle on the couch. He is one of the sweetest dogs his foster parents have had the pleasure to meet.
Medical notes
Midnight is currently on a slow-kill heartworm eradication program that involves fortnightly medication. All medication and medical costs related to his heartworm eradication are covered by Precious Paws.
Midnight is available for pre-adoption and will be ready for adoption approx. 17th April.
