Hi, my name is Spud … but I always get called Spuddy ❤️

I was born on the streets and my mummy worked very hard to make sure my three siblings and I had enough to eat.

One day some ladies came with a big wire box and tricked us into going underneath it by putting some very tasty food there. We were all so hungry that we went straight to the food and got caught. I’m so glad that we did because life got so much better after that!

My foster carer is so proud of me because I am very brave and very friendly and have had to help my family get used to being around people.

I love living indoors with people and follow my foster mum EVERYWHERE. I absolutely love sitting on laps for cuddles and fall into a totally relaxed, floppy sleep as soon as I get warm and cosy.
I love playing and exploring … I like being busy. I’m happy to play own sometimes but having company is even more fun. I like to run fast … really fast … through the house with my lovely stripy tail all fat and magnificent.

My foster family have just got a new dog, he’s really big! I think I love him already. He’s very calm and kind, so makes me feel calm. I’m not sure how I’d feel about a very lively or reactive dog though and I’ve had no experience with human children.

I would love my forever home to have a friend to keep me company… I’m used to living with lots of animal friends and I would be lonely all on my own.
