Sally is an approximately 9 year old Thoroughbred x Clydesdale mare who has recently retired from the racing industry where she was used as a nanny mare.
Those working girl days are behind her now, and Sally is looking for a home where she can retire with grace, the kind of home every hard working lady deserves. A home where there is other equine companionship , as Sally does love a paddock companion.
A loving family that understands Sally needs no more to be asked of her , save to enjoy your company following you around the paddock. Sally is a gentle giant of a lady , with a kind heart and an amendable nature when it comes to routine husbandry . Sally has been prone to suffering from bouts of Qld itch in the past , however this is quite manageable with her.
Sally is currently looking for a foster carer where there are one or more equine paddock friends for her to hang out with.
