Hey There!
My name is Victor, and whilst I may look big, tough and scary, I really am a massive sook! I love nothing more than snuggling up with my human family, and snoring in their laps (yeah, I think I am a lap dog...).
I absolutely LOVE humans! I love to cuddle, I love to go for adventures, and I just love to be near them! Please let me be involved with your family activities! I promise I am a good boy! I dont bark or cry (unless I'm not the center of attention, and then you might get a word or two from me...), I dont get destructive, and I dont inappropriately scent mark. I do like to jump up with excitement when I first see or meet my humans, so I wouldnt be recommended with young kids, or humans that are unsteady on their feet, until I have learnt some manners! Speaking of manners, as I am young, I would absolutely do well to get some obedience and socialization training! That way I can grow up to stay the perfect boy that I am now!
I haven't been tested with cats or small animals, and whilst I get along with dogs, I do prefer to have my own space and attention. I dont like things that are mean or rough with me, or that are trying to get any of my attention, so would need to be in an only pet home. I dont mind short spurts of dog time, but again, would need to be the right dog, not one that will tell me off, or will be too annoying. Some dogs can just be too much, am I right?!
I will need a home that has secure fences. Whilst I wont try to go over them, I may try and go through them... I am a bit of a boof head, and am quite strong when I want to be. And like I said earlier, I would do anything to be with my human family!!

Adoption details
If interested in an animal that is available for adoption, we require you to fill out an adoption application, and one of our lovely foster carers will give you a call to organise a time for a meet and greet. Depending on the requirements of the animal, a house/property inspection may be required. It is a requirement that any dogs being adopted into a pre-existing dog home, will need to have a meet and greet with the dogs, to ensure they are a good match.
If approved for adoption, a mutually convenient time will be arranged, to complete the adoption paperwork. A trial adoption can be offered under certain circumstances if required, but will not be an option for every animal. It is at the discretion of Fin, Furred N Feathered, if this is an option. If you would like a trial adoption of 2 weeks, please speak to us! The adoption fee will need to be paid in full, before a trial adoption can take place.
If not approved for adoption, we are more than happy to have a chat with you, why you were not successful for that animal, to see if we can help you find your perfect family member!
**Please note: As we are very busy people, working full time jobs, and taking care of all our lovely animals (our most important and rewarding job!!), we require all interested people fill out an application, rather than send an enquiry, as this helps us know more about you and what you are after, and saves us all a lot of time!
