About Colorado
Colorado came to us as a small kitten, she was picked up by a member of the public and taken to our vet after being hit by a car.
After a few days in hospital, she was picked up by one of our carers and in her care Colorado's rear leg break healed very well, on occasion after doing zoomies through the house in the morning she will have a slight limp but other than that she is like a normal kitten and her injury doesn't stop her.
She is an extremely affectionate kitten,
she likes to sit right on your chest so she can groom your face as you pat her, she also loves being carried around by the kids in her foster home and has made friends with all the other cats in the home as well.
She also isn't afraid of the large foster dog and is fully litter trained.

* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola)
*Dogs only applications need photos.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal aswell.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals we adopt out.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption and if all goes well that same day, they can adopt on the spot.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed
*Please be patient. Applications take time to process.
The site is ran by volunteers who also have work and families of their own.
