About Lucille
MEET LUCILLE AKA LUCY!
Lucy is approximately 7 years young. She is a beautiful, friendly happy little lady, she is desexed, microchipped and vaccinated x2 and ready for her forever home!
Lucille is looking for a home where she is the only cat please! She LOVES humans and even gets along well with kids and dogs, she currently is in foster care with 2 small dogs and have regular visits from large dogs and children.
Lucy's 2 favourite things are pats & the brush! She lovesss to be brushed and will happily accept pats for hours! She would make a really loving companion and bestfriend for someone whos working from home or someone who is at work all day and needs a buddy to come home too, she would be perfectly happy at home keeping herself entertained with naps and snacks all day.
She is not fussy on her food and we recommend feeding her a dental dry diet to encourage healthy clean teeth for longer. Lucille would fit into most homes as long as she is the queen of your castle!
* No other cats please, i dont like to share!
* Lucille is OK with dogs & kids
* Lucille is INDOOR ONLY for life however we do encourage outdoor enclosures, Lucy would be perfectly happy being inside and sunbaking in the window all day long.
Medical notes
Lucy is not fussy on her food and we recommend feeding her a dental dry diet to encourage healthy clean teeth for longer, in a few years once she reaches 10 years old we recommend switching to a senior dry diet to support her older body. Greenies dental treats are also fantastic!
She is a healthy older adult & fully vet worked.

Thank you for your interest in a rescue cat! They can make the most wonderful friends and family members.
Our rescue cats have varied histories and stories and as such they each require a different home environment, we ask prospective adopters a series of questions aimed at making the perfect match so please dont be offended when asked questions. We do not adopt to a first in first serve basis and only adopt to the most suitable home possible. If you are outside Ballarat we ask that you make time to have a 30 minute video-chat with us and the kitty you are interested in so we can get to know you a little better and you can see the kitty in its home environment before coming up to Ballarat to adopt, if you are local then we hold a meet and greet at the foster home of the kitty. We only offer video chats and meet and greets to the most suitable homes.
All of our cats at Cat Lovers Ballarat are rehomed as strictly INDOOR ONLY cats and we ask that all prospective adopters only apply if they are capable and comfortable with this.
Please have patience with us as we go through all applications and make our decisions to move onto phase 2 and offer meet and greets, this can take days and sometimes a week to go through, you will be contacted whether you are successful or not.
