Princess Belle

Princess Belle is the most beautiful sweet little girl and loves her humans and all of her fur foster friends.She is an active and lovely natured dog who loves cuddles and human contact. She would be best suited to a family who are active and able to give her the training and enrichment she requires.
Her favourite activities are learning to play fetch and tug of war. She is great with children and cats also and does the sweetest zoomies. She is not toilet trained but is trying very hard.

Princess Belle is 12 weeks old and weighs in at 8 kilos so although not a solid girl this little super model will probably be a larger med size girl in height due to her supermodel legs

Princess Belle has had 2 sets of puppy vaccines and has been wormed every 2 weeks

FOOD
Belle is a good eater and is on savourlife premium dry food she also loves her treats and her favourite is a pigs ear.
SOCIALISATION
When she meets other dogs on her walks, she wants to interact and play. She plays fantastic with her fur step brothers and sisters and plays happily . She may be a little shy with new people but that does not last long and soon turns into a fabulous social butterfly.Princess Belle certainly has the traces of the Whippet in her personality as she can be sensitive to meeting new people and give a little squeal when first meeting "some " new people until she warms up.
OBEDIENCE
Belle is well behaved and will sit almost every time on command Most times she will stay when instructed to do so. She requires enrichment and can get into things if left to her own devices for too long.
ENRICHMENT
Belle loves a daily walk and is very well behaved on a lead. She loves to stop and smell. She will require a home that is committed to further training her as she is super intelligent.
SLEEPING
She sleeps all night in her crate till about 6.30 she must be allowed to sleep inside and be part of the family.
HYGIENE
She has a beautiful soft coat that requires some maintenance moving forward
TRAVEL/CAR
She is very happy traveling in a car .
IDEAL HOME:
Belle would love a home with a playful loving male of med size to be her BFF . She will need a good size yard and space to run and play. She will make the perfect companion for an active family who can give her the enrichment and training that she needs. She will make a faithful and loyal friend for active adults or families. She does not like to be left for long periods outside and would like be with her family as much as possible
Adoption criteria
A secure yard of larger size
Children in the home are fine BUT must be mature and kind and gentle , we are also seeking children of school age that have prior dog experience
Remembering her breed mix Princess Belle will be a higher energy girl that will need daily exercises ( walks around a small block wont cut it)
A home with another dog is fine but we would be seeking a Male of similar size who is well socialized and gentle with puppies
Puppy School and ongoing education and training throughout her life is a must
A home where her family will understand that a new puppy will be a lot of work especially while they settle into a routine and all things that come along with a baby. Chewing.crying.stealing things they should not etc
