About Harlequin - Reduced Adoption Fee
Introducing Harlequin. Approx 16 weeks old.
I have reduced her adoption fee because she really needs to go to her new home. She is by herself in care and she needs the company of people who are home often or another cat friendly cat :/
This girl just wants to be with company. She smooches all over you and she can't get enough pats. She might be best in a home with another friendly animal as she does crave attention and love. Or at the very least she will need to be in a home with many hands to pat her and many laps to lay on. She smooches around your feet and she loves tummy rubs. It was hard to get photos of her because she just kept walking towards me for pats :)
She does play with her toys but prefers to be in the company of others instead. See video of her helping me with my computer work :p (the mark you can see on her side in the video is her spey site, not a skin condition or injury)
Not tested around dogs, was okay with another cat she came in to contact with. Is gentle so would probably be okay in a home with younger, gentle children who will respect her space if she doesn't want to be picked up and carried around.
All our animals require indoor only homes or access to a cat run.
If you would like to meet this beautiful girl please send an email with some details about yourself and your household.
Medical notes
She did come in to care with an extremely mild dose of cat flu, she was treated for this and has recovered well but the stress of moving may cause her to develop mild symptoms again but these should not be of any concern and would clear quickly once settled in, but any other cat in the home would need to be up to date with vaccinations. Cat flu cannot be passed on to humans, dogs or other animals.
Harlequin has had 2 vaccinations but will require a 3rd which is the responsibility of her new family.
