About Pudge
10/10: Lap cuddles
10/10: Adventure
10/10: Loveable
10/10: Food
2/10: Time without you or a canine friend
Loyalty is Pudge's best gift. Once he chooses you as his person, he'll stay by you, providing plenty of playfulness, love and kindness. He's a bit of a lap dog, even though he's not a tiny boy. He believes he's a little puppy that still fits on anyone's lap.
Exploring the bush is one of Pudge's favourite things. He'll climb fallen trees, leap onto high stumps, and loves a good play.
Food is Pudge's biggest motivation, which comes in handy during his training sessions. Pudge has lived with a doggo friend, and they spent their days playing and sleeping. With his friendly personality, he likes his four-legged friends in all shapes, colours, age and sizes.
Being full of love, Pudge can jump when overly excited. He proudly wears the nickname being half dog, half kangaroo. He's house-trained and will either use a dog door or wake you up to be let out to go to the toilet. Ideally, Pudge will go to either a single person, couple or family with older kids (6+ish).
Pudge dreams about:
• Someone who's dedicated to continuing his training and anxiety medication. He's a smart cookie that learns quickly and thrives in an environment where he keeps learning and being stimulated. So far, Pudge is an excellent student, his recall is on point, and he knows sit, wait and come very well.
• Rewarding you with all his loyalty - he'd like someone to be home more often than not, so he can be as close to you as possible. Alternatively, a doggo friend will also help him feel less lonely!
Note: Pudge is located in Finley, NSW, but is willing to go on a road trip to his perfect home.
Medical notes
Pudgy is a happy and healthy boy. He's on medication to help manage his separation anxiety, and this has proved to help him thrive in life.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
