About Nancy
We have no details on Nancy's breed, possibility of pointer x
Nancy was saved with the help of the savourlife Rural Rescue challenge.
Meet our lovely Nancy, we think she will grow to be a big girl, her legs seem to go on and on forever atm. Nancy has a very gentle placid nature, she plays well with other dogs and is a sweetheart around kids. She can be a bit of a goofball when she plays, she hasn’t quite got those long legs under control yet lol.
Nancy is very eager to learn and listens well to commands she know how to sit, walk on lead, is crate trained and doing really well with toilet training. She loves her food which will make training a breeze for her new family.
One of Nancy’s favorite things is cuddles on the couch with you when it is quiet time, she is a real smooch and loving girl. Nancy’s foster carer is pretty sure she will make someone the perfect fur baby and with her gorgeous nature and adorable freckled face we couldn’t agree more.
A condition of our adoption agreement is that all dogs adopted from Chally MUST be put through obedience training, if you cannot meet this commitment please do not apply. All our dogs deserve the chance to be the very best they can be, and we will choose homes that will ensure this is the case.
IF YOU CAN TICK ALL THE BELOW BOXES, PLEASE POP IN AN ADOPTION APPLICATION FOR US TO CONSIDER.
• You have a large yard
• Nancy will not be alone for more than 4hrs
• You will allow Nancy to be part of the family and allow her access to indoors.
• You WILL enroll her in obedience training.
• You WILL provide her with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
• You have experience with large breed dogs
Applications with extensive details on the lifestyle you will offer will be considered. Please include the name of the obedience school you will be taking her to.
PLEAS NOTE: if you provide basic details only, we will be unable to process your application sorry.
Adoption details
All forms (including foster and adoption) can be found at the following link:
http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
