🧬💜 MEET JALFREZI 💜🧬
Hi, my name is Jalfrezi and I’m searching to find a fur-ever home. Could it be with you?
Nature
When I first arrived at my foster home I was scared, skinny and straggly… I’m still a little bit scared as it has been a very big adjustment for me getting used to these hoomans, but I’ve gained a healthy amount of weight and my coat is so shiny now. I’m really a beautiful petite cat that has had a hard start to life.
My journey began very similar to many other cats in care. I was found fending for myself without a family of my own. There were many cats found where I was, so perhaps that’s why I trust my feline pals more than humans right now. My first week in care I spent a lot of time hissing, spitting, and puffing myself up as I didn’t know what to expect. But now that I’ve been in a nice warm home for a few months, I’d really like to meet my fur-ever family. I no longer hiss, spit, or lash out, but I do ask you to read my ears, paw-lease… If they flatten then I need a little more space for now. My Foster Mum has been using a cat scratcher on me and I really enjoy that a little each day.
Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I live with a small human, but to be honest I don’t like her much as she’s pretty loud and that really scares me. With this in mind, I’d be best suited to a home without children or with older ones who are able to give me my own space.
I’m wonderful with cats and kittens of all ages and I think I would really enjoy a feline friend to keep me company. Being quite shy and still on my journey learning to be a house cat, I don’t think I would cope very sharing my space with a pooch, so a dog-free home would be best for me please.
Likes / Dislikes
I really enjoy the company of my foster siblings, I am really trying hard to become better with humans, recently my Foster Mum was very impressed that I came out to eat while she was tidying up my room, so I think very soon I will start to enjoy human company. I love to sun bake on the windowsill.
My PURR-fect home would be with a patient and loving family who can allow me time to settle into my new home. A space of my own to begin with such as a bathroom or spare bedroom would be ideal so that we can get to know each other.
