Nature
I am a little shy and reserved. I have adapted to home life really well making myself at home on the master bed. I am more than happy to keep you company while you relax, play computer games, watch TV etc.

I will also keep you warm on a cold winter's night or a hot summers night for that matter, my cuddles and love are unconditional and won't change with the seasons! I am very affectionate and a real purr machine.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I would be best suited to a quiet home with adults and/or teenagers who can be patient and gentle with me.

I don’t mind other young cats/kittens. I’d be able to adapt to living with another friendly feline with slow introductions of course. Although I’d also thrive as an only cat.

I really struggle with the large foster dogs and that fear keeps me from exploring the home.

Likes / Dislikes
I love lazing around in the sun and watching the world go by. I love quiet patting and I provide loud purring and kisses. During the night I will quietly come up onto the bed checking to see if anyone is awake so I can have pats. If ignored I’ll move away, I‘m to polite not to wake you.

I’m very wary of loud noises, heavy footfalls and will run and hide to my safe spots.

My Foster Mum picks me up for cuddles, but that’s ok so long as it’s not for to long. I’ll happily sit next to you or on top of you in bed. I am of course the perfect house guests and use my litter boxes.

My PURR-fect home would be with a loving family who can be patient with me while I settle in. One that will shower me with love and affection and spoil me rotten, paw-lease!

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.

Myla's adoption fee includes vet check, sterilisation, vaccination*, microchip, flea and worm treatment.

*Vaccinations are subject to availability due to a worldwide vaccine shortage. Our adoption team will notify you if the cat/kitten you apply to adopt has NOT been vaccinated.

Medical Notes: Myla has been exposed to a cat with Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) which is a virus that weakens a cat’s immune system. She has tested negative to FeLV in June 2023 however there is a risk she could develop it in future. It is contagious to other cats through saliva so it is recommended she is adopted to a home without another cat, or with another cat from her foster home who is also exposed already: Lucky, Jewel, Zeke, Ash, Noir and Goose. It is not contagious to humans or other species. Myla is FelV negative.
