About Paddy
🥳 Our talkative boy Paddy is now ready to find his retirement home. Paddy is a special needs cat as he is an insulin dependant diabetic. Paddy's diabetes is now well managed with his diet and insulin injections given twice daily 8am & 8pm.
Paddy is a Chinchilla and such a beautiful boy. He has taken PARH on quite the journey to get him now at a point to look for a home that will be committed to providing his health needs whilst being showered with that Paddy love.
Paddy needs a quieter home. He is happy to live with a cat friendly dog or two. He is best as an only cat in the household and he needs to be a total indoor cat.
Paddy's adoption fee is $200 and he goes to his new home flea and worm treated, vaccinated, desexed, microchipped and with food and his insulin etc to get him started.
PARH is happy to help support his new owner with information on Paddy's routine, quirks and information on Diabetes.
We are 100% committed to Paddy. Financially we have invested over $2000 to get him where he is today.

Adoption details
We like to take the personal approach where a person sends an email of interest around an animal and then we will follow up with phone discussions and email exploration through a survey.
Please note we are a small group of volunteers that balances the administrative side with the care of the animals.
Please only apply for one of our animals if you are genuinely interested in them.
We expect the prospective owner to travel to meet the animal and we are open to trial periods to ensure we have the match right.
