About Adam
This Little man is as cute as can be.
As his siblings were growing Adam was the Protector - he tried to be boss and was quite funny when the foster carer said no to the other puppies Adam would then jump in to tell them all to behave. At 8 weeks of age Adam was always in for the fun and games, He loves toys and always tries to win tug of war.
As he has gotten older he has become so keen to please. Still tries to be boss and there is pure cheekiness hiding behind that cute, sweet, innocent facila expression.
If you are interested in adopting a puppy from Farmdogz Rescue, you MUST send an email to farmdogzrescueinc@gmail.com to request an adoption application form - PLEASE DO NOT send communications via Pet Rescue they get missed by our system!
The following requirements are necessary as their new owner and adopters will need l to agree to the following:
1) A post adoption home visit after 2 weeks
2) Attendance at an agreed puppy class
3) A post adoption get together after 4 weeks in Salisbury South
4) Enrollment and regular attendance at a local dog obedience club or a meeting with a professional trainer by 26 weeks of age.
Medical notes
Desexing is in Clyde’s in the adoption fee. It will be a requirement and will form part of the adoption contract.

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1.) You see a dog you like.
2.) Fill in our online adoption form by emailing us on farmdogzrescueinc@gmail.com
3.) Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form. This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.
5.) If you are successfully shortlisted, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a time for you to meet the dog in question.
6.) A yard check will need to be conducted at your home.
7.) Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2 week trial period immediately. 8.) The adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
9.) During the 2 week trial period, we encourage you to follow all our instructions to ensure the dog settles into your family structure
10.) If during the trail period you should need any assistance or you decide that this dog is not for you, you are encouraged to contact our state adoptions coordinator ASAP. (The more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available.)
Please note if the decision is made for you to return the dog your payment will be refunded to you in full, within 5 business days of the return of the dog.

We only consider applicants that have completed our adoption application form. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.
