About Shadow and Rain
Shadow and Rain are entertainers through and through!
Their favourite thing to do is chase each other through the house and have play fights until they are exhausted, then they settle in to snuggle each other, and recharge their batteries. These two sisters are so bonded and affectionate towards each other and have not been separated since birth.
Shadow is gorgeous with her dark grey and white colouring and bright green eyes. She is very easy going and will generally go with the flow. She loves sleeping, snuggled under a blanket or curled up on a lap while watching TV.
Rain is a blue cream tabby and the more independent one of the pair. She likes to help manage her humans by supervising their computer skills and cooking. As soon as you sit down she will make sure your lap is nice and warm.
Shadow and Rain are great with kids but have not been around dogs. They are bonded sisters and are to be adopted as a pair. If you would like to meet them please complete an adoption enquiry.

Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via the JotForm.
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.../adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A Property check will take place via a video call (due to Covid restrictions). Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work until the date of adoption. The pet will be rehomed desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
