About Princess Sadie
Sadie is a sweet and playful 11 year old mix dog.
She is a small sized dog with playful energy in short bursts. She is responding well to training, looking for attention or challenging activities most of the day.
Sadie is being introduced to the world of a dog as she has grown up as an inside companion. Consistent training will need to continue to allow her to feel safe and protected by her humans. When she is with her humans she seeks their attention and plays with lots of energy. She does however forget her manners and social skills when meeting new 2 or 4 legged friends. This will be something she can continue to work on in her training.
Sadie loves to be the boss of the house and will give you the sweetest puppy-dog eyes if she thinks you will cave to her demands. Her carers have been working very hard trying to ignore that beautiful pleading look she gives and keep the humans as the leaders in the house.
Sadie is house trained and is happy to play and nap inside or out.
Sadie has some fears around loud noises especially during thunderstorms. Sadie has settled quicker than in the past now she has her crate as her safe bedroom. Sadie loves to jump into bed when she’s had a big day or feeling a little concerned about new fur friends visiting her home. We believe she will benefit from continued obedience training to give her more confidence in being cared for by her humans.
Sadie is the sweetest little princess and deserves a loving home for her senior years. She continues to love her training and cuddles making her an entertaining and loving companion.
