About Athena
Hi there, this is Athena, the snuggle bug. Her affectionate nature is her superpower. She’s extremely cuddly, and she loooooves attention!
Athena has an excellent eye for lap opportunities. Whenever she spots a lap, she’ll come down running and cuddle up on your lap. However, if there are no laps around, a chest or a spot next to you will do too.
This goddess has the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. She’d like to be the only pet, so all eyes can be on her. Attention please, human!
Her favourite things are fish and cuddly blankets. When a yummy meal is up for grabs, Athena will be there!
A typical day is spent inside. She does enjoy the occasional venture outside too. When she does, she doesn’t go far. She’ll usually just stay in the perimeters of the backyard. Athena is a homebody and loves surrounding herself with her human friends. This gorgeous girl is litter trained!

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s owner - the person who knows them best!
It’s a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
From here, the owner will be in touch with you to chat a bit more about their pet, and if they feel your home is the best fit, they will arrange a ‘meet and greet’ for you all to get to know each other.
Should this prove successful, arrangements will be made for the pet to move straight from its current home into yours upon payment of the adoption fee.
The adoption fee is paid directly to PetRescue (via a secure payment link), and assists us to continue to run and develop programs to assist pet owners, just like Home2Home.
Change of Ownership paperwork will be completed, vetwork history will be provided and your new family member will be snuggled on your couch in no time!
