Higgins is a super active boy with a wonderful, fun attitude to life. This boy embraces each day with a very infectious enthusiasm – he loves to greet you and run about to let you know just how happy he is!
Higgins day mostly revolves around what he can explore, play with or investigate. Although he’s a small kitten he has a big curiosity for everything around him.
Higgins LOVES to chase the red laser light dot, play with toy mice and hide and pounce on passers by from his cat tunnel.
Higgins is a social boy so would be great with another cat although he does have a dominant personality. He would be wonderful with a shy cat as his engaging ways would bring out the best in any kitty.
Higgins has also been around a small cat-friendly dog and would have no issues being best buddies with a similar dog.
This gorgeous white boy has just a splash of dark fur on the top of his head. He is exceptionally good looking and very photogenic. He also has a sister, Harlow (also on Pet Rescue) who is a fluffy marshmallow like he is! They are not a bonded pair.
Higgins would suit an active home where there is plenty of activity around him. He can play a bit rough at times so would not be ideal for children under five but he would love older children to play with and teach him new things.
Higgins would not do well in a quiet home where he would be alone for most of the time. He is smart and thrives on interacting with people, so if you work from home some of the time he would be happy as Larry about that.
Because of his light colouring Higgins will need to be an indoors-only kitty. He also loves to sleep on the bed and nestle in with you for cuddles at night so he is not suited to a home where he will be kept in a laundry or an area away from you at night.
This boy is sweet and affectionate when he winds down from playing and he has a super lovely deep purr as well!
Higgins’ fun-loving ways will create so many happy moments with his new people. It is hard to believe just how much personality is in one small kitten!

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home.
3. We ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit (preferred), or in cash. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
4. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty upon adoption. Your adoption fee includes a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership that is completed by us online two weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
