About Rocco
Are you looking for an active buddy that’s past all the toilet training, teething and destructive puppy stages? At 3 years young, Rocco is a playful, intelligent Kelpie worthy of your love.
Rocco is affectionate, loves cuddles and kisses from humans of all ages. He craves company so would need a home where someone is home more often than not, and a suitable canine friend would help reassure him as well.
Rocco has been in foster care with other dogs, learning to be relaxed in their presence, and read and respect their signals. He prefers calm, yet friendly, female dogs, and would benefit from positive, patient role models, who also enjoy a play.
Rocco’s athletic and compact body is built for adventures (perhaps even dog-sports), and his car manners make him a welcome co-pilot, however Rocco needs someone to continue working with him on walks, and on introductions to other dogs when out and about, so a person who is committed to, and comfortable with this, is required.

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. A meet and greet can be arranged if both parties wish to proceed, and we also offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
