Daisy

Hi I'm Daisy,
I am 10 months old and approximately 13kg in size - so I'm a small breed but not teeny tiny. I'm a bit of a livewire and have alot of energy, I love kids when they're at the age that can play with me in the yard and know to be gentle with me for hugs. I love a good game of fetch! I do jump up when I'm excited and can take a bit to calm down.

I have mostly been an outdoor dog and have been learning to come inside whilst in foster, but still have the occasional accident. I need someone home alot as I suffer from anxiety and need alot of comfort. My coping mechanism is chewing on things (toys, sometimes furniture or stairs), I need an understanding and patient owner who will keep working through this with me. On the up side, I am quiet and don't bark, and I haven't shown any tendencies to try and escape.
I have been practicing walking on a lead, though do still need to keep working on this skill too, it's just lucky Im not a big dog or I'd be taking YOU for a walk.

I haven't grown up with other dogs, but have been in foster with one. I should be OK with another dog as long as they aren't too hyper and constantly in my face.

I have alot of love to give, yes I need training and patience, but nothing worthwhile was ever easy and I hope I succeed in finding my perfect home. With many years ahead of us for me to become the perfect best mate I know I can be!-
