Sandman is a loving, gentle soul who adores people of all ages. He is incredibly sweet natured and is an absolute gentleman at home.

He is looking for a family who will be around a lot and who will be happy to give him plenty of pats and cuddles and in return he will love you wholeheartedly. He is an affectionate little fella who is is eager to please.

Sandman often finds the outside world overstimulating and is anxious when outside his home so he will need a calm assertive leader/family who are willing to work with him to reduce his anxiety and give him the time and training he needs to overcome this. Due to his anxiety he can be reactive to dogs on lead although he has been in foster care with another dog and has loved playing with her.

Sandman has been in foster care with 2 kids (6 and 8) and has been fantastic with them, he is patient, gentle and fun loving and they adore him.

His new family will need secure high fencing or be willing to leave him inside when they are not home as he can jump very high and has been known to jump fences when left alone.

Not tested with cats.
