About Princess
Meet Princess, the girl with the BIG personality and even bigger heart!
Princess was born on the streets. Would you ever guess that when you met her? No way! Princess is a power-lady, full of love, curiosity and cheek. She has the sweetest little chirp, and shamelessly uses this to melt your heart... and ask for pats! Princess' life revolves around affection, attention... and treats. Yep, treats come a close second!
In her short life on the streets, Princess has already given birth to and raised two litters. Enough is enough, and Princess is so excited that finally it is her time to shine, her time to be chosen by a loving family, and her chance at living her life as a cherished, spoiled and loved companion.
Princess LOVES pats, she is great with other cats, and while she's a little wary of her foster family's dog she has shown no aggression at all towards the big canine. Princess is suitable to a home with children and is looking for a secure indoor home. Bonus points if you have a cat enclosure in your back yard!
Princess has food sensitivities, please read her medical notes prior to applying.
If you have a Princess-shaped hole in your heart, fill in an application and say hi!
Medical notes
Shortly after coming into care, Princess had an allergic reaction causing skin lesions on her nose and above her eye. These were quickly brought under control with medication and she is now fully recovered - just waiting for the hair on her nose to grow back fully!
Because we don't know exactly what caused the allergic reaction, Princess is on a limited protein diet, and is doing very well on this. She has been tested with kangaroo, venison and duck protein. She's not a fussy eater and has taken a liking to raw meat as well as canned food and kibble.
Princess won't need any ongoing medication, just an owner who is willing to work with her diet needs and take her to the vet should any further allergy issues arise.
