About Annie
Meet âAnnieâ, one of Hollywoodâs wonderful pups. A Boxer x Siberian Husky, Annie has taken on most of mumâs looks and seems to be on the smaller side. Annie is currently weighing 6.5 kilos. Definitely donât let her size fool you though as she can hold her own really well, especially during play time with her brother and any doggy house guests.Annie has been staying with us, joined with her brother. It has been great that they have each other. Sleeping and playing together. We can see that Annie is quite an independent girl though. A real adventurer, a bit like âDora the Explorerâ really. She tends to lead the way in play and puppy mischief.PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND JUNK FOLDERS FOR YOUR APPLICATION ONCE YOU HAVE SENT YOUR ENQUIRY
Annie has had 2 sets of puppy vaccines and has been wormed every 2 weeks
She is full of confidence and charisma and is an absolutely gorgeous girl
Annie comes with one of our adoption packs including puppy Harness,Lead,Seat Belt safety and a travel bowl
she has a very thick beautiful coat and in the heat does need to have a cool place to take refuge.
When itâs time for bed Annie does love cuddle time but if thereâs fun to be had , she wants to run and roam.Obedience & Training Annie is so clever and a really quick learner. She mastered our stairs in her first night with us and is pretty good at holding on to go to the toilet until we let her outside or out of her pen where she sleeps. Sheâs had a couple of accidents but overall for her age sheâs fantastic. She sits patiently as we get her food ready and is okay sharing food with her brother or other doggy friends.Annie is learning to play fetch and tries to bring it back, if not distracted by other fun things around. She likes to dig too so you may find her trying to escape to go on more adventures!SocialisationAnnie has been socialised with her sibling and a visiting dog e Annie understands if the other dog no longer wants to play. She can get sad but will find something else to do to entertain herself. As we are a household with older kids, Annie has not really been tested with little ones as yet. We did have some play time with a primary school aged child which Annie was okay with. Being a pup, Annie can still nip at hands and feet and she especially loves nipping and licking toes! She will listen to a stern âNoâ though.Annie is a very well behaved pup and we can see that she is a quick learner. With the right training she will be brilliant!Sleep habits Annie sleeps outside in a pen and will go to bed around 9pm, waking anywhere between 6 and 7am when she is usually ready to go to the toilet, brekky and play time.Annie has been sharing the bed and pen with her brother and she will be starting to sleep in her own area soon. She is happy outside and we havenât had any sleepless nights at all since she arrived. We had a couple of nights with lighting and thunder which she didnât seem phased by at all.
Ideal Home
Annie is still a pup and has so much learning to do. So she would be best suited to a family who will provide her the time and effort training that is necessary for her growth, development and wellbeing. Adoption criteria
A secure yard of larger size
Children are fine BUT must be dog experienced, mature ensure to play with her and absolutely mature enough to allow her to sleep as needed while she grows
A home with another dog is fine but we would be seeking a Male of similar size who is well sioclased and gentle with puppies
Puppy School and ongoing education and training throughout his life is a must
A home where she family will understand that a new puppy will be a lot of work especially while they settle into a routine and all things that come along with a baby. Chewing.crying.stealing things they should not etc
