Amber is an exceptionally pretty black and white kitty with very gentle and sweet ways about her. And this lovely little lady has some hilarious quirks too!

Amber has the funniest way of resting her tail when she lays down, she has done it since she arrived in our care as a very frightened young kitten who had been living rough with her brother Malachite (adopted).

While Amber can still be a little nervous sometimes, she responds really well to pats from her foster carer and will purr when she’s fully relaxed. And this girl loves other kitties, so she would be great in a home that already has another cat looking for a lifetime friend.

Loud noises will send Amber scurrying for cover so a quiet(ish) home would be ideal. She would do great with someone who can let her get comfortable at her own pace.

With her wild white whiskers and playful ways, Amber is sure to steal your heart. You can see in her eyes that she really wants to love you…but it’s baby steps. She wants to get to know you a little first!

When she is playing with the other kitties in foster care with her, Amber loves to jump on the bean bag and chase balls and other cat toys around.

Amber has been in foster care with a small cat-friendly dog and might do well with the same in her new home, with slow and careful introductions over time of course....

In the right home Amber will find her paws and grow into a beautiful, sweet and loving cat. She just needs someone to see her potential and take a chance on giving her the wonderful, happy life that she deserves.
