Snuggle scope: I do enjoy a bit of attention. I also like company and a relaxing massage when I’m tired. I don't love being picked up but I don't mind a quick cuddle.
Cat scope: I really love my mum and sisters, but not too sure about strangers.
Dog scope: They’re ok I guess, if they’re friendly and calm.
Child scope: I am not a fan of the tiny squealing tiny humans, but I love the bigger ones who like to play with me, as long as they're not rough!
Ideal home: I would love a home with my mummy where that is loving and warm friendly, and ensure we will always be kept safely indoors.
Beautiful Violet and siblings were born on a local farm to one of the resident “stable cats” (i.e., horse stables). Sadly, this dear little family were considered a burden to the owner of the farm and faced a terrible fate if a rescue group didn’t step forward and take them in. We did not hesitate to accept Mumma Jasmine and gorgeous little bubs into care.
Violet's lovely colouring and personality are partly owing to pedigree heritage. Whilst Mumma Jasmine is a black and white DMH, her Daddy is purportedly a Ragdoll, though as he is also shorthaired (Lotus looks just like him!) I suspect he is either a Ragdoll mix or , more likely, Siamese-type mix.
Since entering care at about 5 weeks of age, these babies have been socialised with young children, other cats, and a pair of older Cocker Spaniels and are thus quite well rounded. Although Violet can be shy when first meeting new people, in a just a short time her lovely, sweet little personality shines through. She is a laid back, sweet natured little girl who loves to play, cosy up for nice pat, and occasionally seeks a warm lap to curl up in. But, you must be on guard if you open a packet of chips! She will seemingly just appear from another dimension demanding you share :D.
Being the happy, playful little girl she is, Violet's perfect home in one filled with plenty of toys, a tall scratching post, and the odd pot of cat- grass or the like, without the need to explore the “big wide world”. Outdoor enclosures are acceptable though as well. Presently Violet and her family enjoy a large, secured outdoor deck where they get plenty of fresh air and sunlight.
All cats and kittens come fully vaccinated, microchipped and desexed. They are also up to date with their parasite control and prevention.
Once you have read through our pets profiles the next step is to touch base to fill out a pre-adoption form before organising a time to meet cat/kitten.
